stress/anxiety/finals/wilderness…. ALL contributing to a week without the gym and a horrible diet (late nights studying, lazy classless mornings)

snacks: coffee from Bagelz

lunch: 1/2 tuna melt on wheat bread, 1/2 banana, hard boiled egg, salad (lettuce, greens, spinach, peppers, carrots, feta, beans, sunflower seeds, onion, feta, w Caesar), water, milk

dinner: swordfish and tempeh w carrots, peppers, onions, salad (same as lunch), water

OUTPUT

25 min elliptical, 30 min treadmill, 10 min bike, abs (2x5x5 flutter kicks/leg lifts, 5x20 Russian twists, 3x1 min plank)

Wow. After a night of drinking and a day of eating junk food (including a 24oz milkshake) I weighed myself for the first time in weeks to see just how bad my food baby was. The scale? 134. I wish I could write that in caps!! 134. I have never, ever, even on my skinniest days when I haven’t eaten yet, seen a number that low on the scale. I. feel. awesome. This is my motivation!
